Time after time, we keep failing to realise that fat loss is a matter of eating less and moving more! It doesn’t get simpler than that!

To lose an average of 1-2 lbs of pure fat (without losing muscle) per week, you need to create a calorie deficit of 3500 calories over the entire week.
The standard “6 meals a day” diet like the one recommended in most of the best selling fitness guides online is great in my opnion but it can be a burden for many, especially for those who tend to have a busy life or a very active social life. Imagine yourself carrying a box of tuna and vegetables to work just so you can avoid starvation mode every 3 hours.
The Eat Stop Eat method solves all that by letting you eat ANYTHING YOU WANT and still help you lose fat like crazy!
